We will reach out to confirm your full name, mobile/WhatsApp number, pick-up location, destination, date & time, number of travelers, luggage pieces, and any additional requests (child seat, wheelchair assistance).
• For airport/bus pick-ups: please provide your flight/bus number and arrival time.
• For in-city rides: share your hotel name and desired destination.

Driver Assignment & Voucher
You will receive a booking confirmation with pick-up time, our hotline, and, once assigned, your driver’s name and vehicle details.

Pre-Trip Reminder
Prior to your pick-up, we will send a reminder and reconfirm the meeting point (hotel lobby/entrance, airport arrivals hall, bus platform, etc.).

Meet & Greet
Your driver will arrive on time, greet you, and assist with your luggage.
• Airport: meet in the arrivals area (look for your name sign). If you provided your flight number, we monitor schedule changes.
