For Airport to Hotel (A/H) transfers, a professional driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a Name Board. The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour beyond the actual arrival time. (This means you have 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so there’s no need to worry about passing through airport border control, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection!) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For Hotel to Airport (H/A) transfers, the meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with your Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. (During peak hours or at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be necessary to ensure timely arrival.) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.

• If your flight is delayed, we will monitor the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you cannot find our local representative for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise specified, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
