After clearing passport control and collecting baggage, the traveler is welcomed in the arrivals hall. An airport representative will be present with a signboard displaying the traveler’s name (e.g., “John Smith / Carga Tour”). Assistance with luggage is available if required.
Transfer Departure
The traveler is guided to the designated VIP vehicle. The car is clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable, with a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable driver. Luggage is carefully loaded into the vehicle. The journey commences towards the hotel, address, or port specified in the booking.
On-the-Road Services
Air-conditioning is available throughout the ride. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi may be offered, depending on the service tier. The driver selects the fastest and most convenient route based on traffic conditions.
Arrival and Drop-Off
Upon reaching the destination, the traveler is dropped off directly at their hotel or chosen location. Luggage is unloaded, and any final needs are addressed. The transfer is marked as completed in our system, and a follow-up may be sent for customer feedback.
