Tokyo Transfer - Booking was easy, payment was convenient.
Communication prior to the transfer was very good and the driver arrived before the scheduled pick up time. Driver was pleasant, vehicle was clean and comfortable. This was a great experience.

Excellent communication and attention to detail - This company was very communicative and on top of every detail! As soon as we registered for our transfer from Narita to downtown Tokyo, we received a welcome text confirming the basics of date, time, and place and telling us we’d get more details the day before the pickup. Sure enough, we received prompt instructions on what to do and where to wait for our driver. Mr. Suda picked us up within 3 minutes of reaching the designated spot. He was an excellent driver and very polite and helpful. I’d recommend this car service to anyone needing to drive from Narita to their hotel.

Well worth it! - After a long trip, the last thing we wanted to do as a family of four was lug our suitcases and backpacks and bags all throughout the subway system to get to Narita airport.
This was so worth the money. Driver was friendly and a few minutes early. He was patient as we loaded up the van - he verified our destination and we were on our way. Delivery right to our airline terminal.

A must for airport transportation - David was very communicative every step of the way. Made us very comfortable knowing he was waiting to pick us up at the airport in Narita to take us to Tokyo. The van was very clean and comfortable. The driver was awesome and drove very safely. I would use this service again.

Peace of Mind for My Daughter’s First Trip Internationally - My daughter was traveling to Japan for the first time on her own, so I booked this car service for her. It was very easy to find once she picked up her luggage, and the driver was there on time to take her safely to her destination. The company also communicated all the details with her in advance, which gave us great peace of mind. I would definitely use this car service again and highly recommend them.

Easy to use would use again. - Reasonable price large clean van m, good service would use again. Was 20min late picking up due to traffic so 4 stars as we were under a bit of time pressure at the other end, but otherwise a smooth experience and good communication.
