Service Process – Important Information Before Booking

Trip Confirmation (2 Days Prior)
An email will be sent 2 days before your service to confirm the pick-up date, time, and location.
Driver details are not shared in advance as they may change.

Driver Contact
The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service.
Please ensure your WhatsApp number is accurate and accessible.

Airport Pick-Up – Two Options for Airport Transfers

1. Flight Tracking (Recommended)

• Choose a pick-up time close to your flight’s scheduled arrival.
• The driver will monitor your flight and offer 90 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing.

2. Selected Pick-up Time

• Select your preferred pick-up time.
• The driver will arrive around that time and provide 30 minutes of complimentary waiting.
• Flight tracking is not included with this option.

If your chosen pick-up time is more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, it will be considered a “Selected Pick-up Time” option.

Non-Airport Pick-Up
For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance).

⏱ Overtime Charge:
If the waiting time exceeds the complimentary period, an additional fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes will be charged.

Vehicle Options – Fully Insured, Comfortable Private Cars with Professional Drivers

• Up to 5 passengers: Accommodates up to 5 suitcases (24-inch size). Toyota Alphard or similar.
• Up to 8 passengers: Accommodates up to 8 suitcases. Toyota Hiace.

Please choose the vehicle type based on the total number of passengers and luggage size.

• Licensed driver and insured vehicle (Toyota Alphard/Hiace or similar)

• The provider is not liable for losses caused by flight delays
• Extra waiting time per 30 minutes
• 20:00–5:59 Nighttime Surcharge
• Passengers or luggage exceed vehicle limit
• Out-of-area location per kilometer

Starting at ¥27,880 JPY, enjoy a private transfer for up to 5 people between Nara or Kobe and Kansai Airport (KIX) or Central Osaka.

Benefit from real-time flight tracking, 90 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing, and a personalized name sign at arrivals for a seamless pickup experience.

Door-to-Door Convenience
Bypass crowded trains and complex transfers. Travel directly from your hotel to the airport (or the other way around) — no maps, no hassle.

Private Ride with Luggage Assistance
Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. The driver will help with luggage, and a child booster seat is available upon request.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
