To provide the service, it is essential to receive the passenger’s phone number and email address.

An email or text confirmation will be sent with the confirmed time and location for your service from MCO Orlando Intl Airport to hotels in Lake Buena Vista. The bus will depart 5 minutes after the confirmed time. Present your confirmation number to the driver, who will ensure a safe journey to your booked hotel.

ADA vehicles are available, equipped with lifts for up to 2 wheelchairs per vehicle.

Instructions and Conditions:
Passengers should proceed to our pickup location at Orlando Intl Airport: Terminal B, Ground Transportation Level, Spot Number B-15 to meet the driver. A text will be sent 24 hours prior with the name and number of the designated driver.
