Once the booking is confirmed, an email or message will be sent with all the necessary details, including the driver’s contact information and pickup instructions.

Arrival at the Airport

The driver will monitor the flight in real-time to ensure timely arrival, regardless of any delays or early arrivals. They will be at the airport at least 30 minutes before the flight lands, waiting in the Arrivals Hall with a clearly visible sign displaying the passenger’s name or company name.

Pickup Process

Upon meeting, the driver will provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and guide the passenger to the vehicle, conveniently parked nearby.
