Excellent service - goes above and beyond! - We have used this service multiple trips now and always have the best experience. This time, Melissa first helped me arrange and book 3 different events during our trip - she was so helpful! Then Fabian picked us up from the airport and took us out to La Fortuna. He helped recommend an amazing breakfast stop and took us to a local grocery store. He was waiting for us at the airport and helped us load and unload. Days later, Herman picked us up and took us out to the beach. Due to some weather, he came early to help us get set up and then recommended a great lunch spot. We so appreciated him! Lastly, Fabian took us to the airport on our last day. Every ride came with three booster seats for the kids, a clean and safe van, nice air conditioning and two very kind drivers to help us on our way. We will always use Guanacaste Viajes and Tours!

Personable, efficient driver with a clean vehicle - Our driver, Jose, was very helpful. He texted us where he was located so we could find him after departing airport terminal. Very simple. Clean shuttle and nice driver. Stopped to use banos and grab any groceries. Then stopped again for a late breakfast. Everything was great for our 1st experience of CR.

Great, reliable transfer options - We used Guanacastee Viajes for transfers. They picked us up at the LIR airport and brought us to our hotel in Arenal. Then they took us from our hotel in Arenal to our second hotel in Papagayo Beach. Before each transfer, we were sent the driver's name and contact numbers, so we knew what to expect. Both drivers were on time and were very accomodating and pleasant. I would definitely recomend them. I had piece of mind knowing that we would be taken care of!

Excellent experience! - Transfer rider showed up on time, had a nice vehicle, provided us with some water and made a nice stop in Lake Arenal to use the bathroom and visit a local tienda.

Will definitely use again for transportation - Highly recommend. The process was smooth and easy and for a great price. Our driver Aaron was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. He was so friendly and a good safe driver and he even gave us some fun facts along the way.

Private transportation is the best and most comfortable way to travel long distances in CR - Herman, our very experienced driver, who spoke excellent English, was informative, was the best experience for our group. He was very considerate of our needs since our travel would take 3+ hours to arrive at our hotel in the Arenal area. He provided bottles of cold water, offered bathroom stops, and suggested that we stop to have dinner along the way at a local restaurant along the road on the way. The food was fabulous, offering variety, healthy options, freshly made hot food and sandwiches. The kids loved the freshly made pizza! Herman was the best driver we had!

Excellent - Our driver was awesome! He was there waiting when we got off the plane. He was friendly and drove safely. He stopped so we could grab drinks on the way and stop to let us take pics at scenic points. The van was spacious and clean. Excellent experience and would recommend.

Pretty good - Van was on time (early) and driver spoke minimal English. We used the same service from Liberia to La Fortuna, and from La Fortuna to San Jose. The van to San Jose we old and air conditioning did not work. We messaged the company and they sent a new van right away. We enjoyed the 2nd van and the driver was very friendly. He did not speak much English but he spoke Spanish slower so we could communicate about some of the landmarks along the way.
