Inbound from Airport (MSY):
Upon arriving at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, your chauffeur will welcome your group inside the terminal, holding a personalized name sign near the ground floor escalators by baggage claim. Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive at the time of your flight’s arrival and offer a 45-minute complimentary grace period for domestic baggage collection. You will be guided to your vehicle, assisted with your luggage, and transported directly to your destination in New Orleans. No additional stops are permitted.

For guests arriving on British Airways or other international flights:
Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive 1 hour after flight arrival.
Customs clearance at MSY may take up to 4 hours.
Chauffeurs will contact you via WhatsApp.
Please inform your chauffeur immediately upon clearing Customs.

Outbound to Airport (MSY):
For transfers departing from your hotel, residence, or short-term rental to MSY, please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
➤ Ensure to include your preferred pickup time in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout. If a pickup time is not specified, one will be assigned 2.5 hours before your flight departure time. Chauffeurs arrive promptly, assist with luggage, and provide direct drop-off at the terminal entrance.

From Cruise Port:
If disembarking from the Cruise Port of New Orleans, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated ground transportation area. As the cruise terminal lacks a waiting zone, chauffeurs must stand by approximately a quarter mile away and cannot approach until your group is ready and waiting outside the exit door.

To ensure a smooth pickup and minimize your wait time:

• Please provide your scheduled disembarkation time when booking.
• Call or text dispatch as soon as your group is exiting the terminal.

Once connected, your chauffeur will load your luggage and transport you to your hotel, MSY Airport, or another destination of your choice with private, timely service.
