For A/H (airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of the arrival hall with your Name Board. The free waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. (So you have 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so don’t worry about passing all airport border control, customs, visa checks, and luggage pick-up procedures!) The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided. For H/A (hotel to airport) The meeting place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board and wait there at the appointed time. Usually, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flights and 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights. (During peak hours and at some airports, you may need to add one hour or more to ensure you arrive on time.) The pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals need to be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included; these are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this time, the vehicle will be released. • If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
