Smooth ride, excellent driver - We book a private transfer while traveling with my aunt and daughter. Our driver picked us from our Airbnb in Casablanca. It was very convenient as we were two women with lots of luggage. We made a pit stop for bathrooms and snacks along the way. Our driver, Mohammed was extremely nice and patient. We arrived safely to our hotel in Marrakech. Thank you!

Poor driver. Distracted - Driver Soufiane Afashi was forever on the phone. Looking up phone numbers while driving. He wasnt prepared. Stopped for water. Then for fuel. Trip took 3 hrs and 40 minutes rather than 3 it took to go from Marrakesh to Casablanca. The tour company has been great up till now. We've toured allover Morocco with them and everyone was great until this driver. And to top it off he didn't know where we were going until we got to Marrakesh and needed directions from us.

the worst experience ever - Most unprofessional company ever, left us stranded although we had confirmed with them the night before via whatsapp. They were supposed to take our family of 6 casablanca-marrakesh. They didn't even bother to call in the morning to cancel and when I called to check on them since they were late they finally responded and said they cancelled and they then blocked my number. A professional company would not have left us with no alternative. We had to book a train last minute and arrived very late to marrakesh. Do yourself a favor and do not even think of booking here.

Terrible experience - The transfer didn’t show up inspite of us confirming the day before . He canceled on us when we called him at the time of the trip . He sent a WhatsApp message saying sorry my car is broken and I will refund your money. He blocked us after that didn’t even allow us to talk to him. Or offer any advice for how to go to Marrakesh. We were left stranded in Casablanca and we had to do last minute arrangements which wasted our entire day.
