Last minute weekend away - We were met by our driver Noureddine from Fennou Tours once we arrived at the airport. The instructions given were very clear and easy to follow. Noureddine was very informative and made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the area was great and he helped with a few suggestions of places of interest to go. It was a pleasure to have him as our driver and I would wholeheartedly recommend Noureddine should anyone need transportation in Marrakech

Airport transfer - Salim El Idrissi was the driver who picked us up from the airport and took us safely to our accommodation. He speaks very good English and recommended what to visit in Marrakech. Throughout the trip he told us a little about Morocco and the places we passed by. I highly recommend him!

Not the best experience - I booked a transfer with this company from Medina to Marrakesh airport. Confirmation came through at midnight only. There was no communication after that. No car colour, no reg, no name of the driver. Nothing. It was really stressful to stand on the street and keep saying: no thank you for other taxi drivers that were keen to get a passenger. Then finally I received a call via WhatsApp. Didn’t understand where the driver was. I asked how many minutes until he will be here- didn’t get it. Luckily driver called me via video call on WhatsApp.. This ‘experience’ vehicle that arrived was very different from pictures this provider was showing . I almost entered vehicle which belonged to another customer!!! Driver tried to explain that there was a mix up in the schedule. I understand, things happen, language barrier, but my experience was not the best with this service provider. I would not use it again.

Bad departure experience - Bad experience when departing the airport. We made it to Arrivals and saw the Fennou Tours sign. We waited for someone to appear but nobody did, so we asked a few different people where the Fennou Tours employees were. Someone eventually led us to a woman standing out of sight behind the sign on her phone. When we approached her, she cheekily asked us how we didn't see the sign. We said we did but not her. Afterwards, we had to stand there for about 15 minutes while they tried to locate a driver, calling different people on the phone, even though we had booked this journey weeks in advance. The return journey was better and on time, but the bad attitude from the employee and awkward return journey weren't good.

Horrible communication: They never told me my pickup time - I booked a ride from my riad to the airport weeks in advance. The day before, nobody reached out to me to let me know when and where to meet them for pickup, so I reached out myself. I let the driver know I would like to be picked up at 5:30 am. The next day, the driver shows up at 4:55 am and says he cannot wait for me, despite our conversation establishing a 5:30 pickup time the prior day. I requested a refund, which the company denied, so I had to pay for a taxi ride twice. Since I have been denied a refund, I am leaving this negative review. The communication is poor and the customer service is even worse. There are plenty of taxis in Marrakech waiting to drive you at a reasonable price. I would recommend that travelers use another taxi service — unless you want to pay for a taxi twice like I did.

Horrible transfer - Horrible airport transfer!!!!! Redouane, our super pissed off driver, very dangerous driving, limits himself to overturning scooters, constant horn. He called on the phone all the way talking super loud. When he gets out of the vehicle, he asks me if things are going very aggressively, I tell him you are speed. With a black look, he tells me puts it in comment. So I'm doing it. If he doesn’t want to work in this environment, let him change it. Never had such a disrespectful performance
