The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrivals hall with a name placard. The waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. The driver will then take you to the hotel. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and drop-off address.

A/H: Hotel to Airport
The meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will accept your name placard. Boarding time is 3.5 hours for international flights and 2.5 hours for domestic flights. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and drop-off address.

Please Note:

• Tips are not included and are at your discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.

• Unless otherwise specified, one medium-sized piece of luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you are responsible for paying for a taxi to transport the luggage.
