Perfect day in Yala - We had a fantastic full day safari in Yala National Park and can absolutely recommend this tour. There were five of us on the road and had an all-round successful day. It was particularly impressive that we could see leopards several times – a real highlight. We have also discovered many other animals: Elephants, deer, deer, peacocks, monkeys, water buffalo, mongooses and much more. The nature and wildlife were simply impressive. A special extra was the delicious Sri Lankan lunch right on the beach, lovingly prepared and served by the driver. This was not only delicious, but also an unforgettable moment. Our driver was very friendly, reliable and attentive. He picked us up on time at the hotel and brought us back safely after a total of around 11 hours. And all at an unbeatable price of €375 for five people including park admission. Price-performance hard to top. Clear recommendation for those who want to experience Yala intensively.

Yala safari - Great experience, magical place, good driver all in one place

Block VI or Block V to see absolutely - We did Block VI on private safari from our Tranquil Wild hotel and it was by far the most safari of our stay. Beautiful nature and only 90% of the time. By booking directly we paid 52€ per person (there were two of us)

Amazing private tour with Prasanna - Would highly recommend this tour, and especially with Prasanna! We went for a full day and half day private safari and loved it. It feels like Prasanna wants to see animals as much as if not more than you do, so he’s always working hard to get you into viewing position to see amazing things. He also knows so much and was showing us a little bit about how he tracks animals via their tracks and warning calls from other animals. Truly due to his expertise, we were able to see multiple leopards and leopard cubs, tusked elephants and baby elephants, peacocks showing off their feathers, eagles, so many water buffalo, deer, etc. Prasanna was always early to pick up, prompt, and again, worked so hard to get us into prime viewing position. Thank you to Prasanna for such a wonderful experience!!!

All expectations met. - We had the perfect day with both Leopard and Bear sitings among the many other birds and animals. The tour gave us so many wonderful photographs and memories. Our driver, Prasa, was so knowledgable and experienced, we doubt the tour would have been so successful without him.

Perfect Safari Days - We are still stunned about the great time we recently had in Maliths camp. Malith and his wife were absolutely welcoming and friendly, you will get well treated and the food is truly amazing. We stayed for two nights - the cabins are simple but they have everything necessary and you will be most of the time outside on safari - we basically only used the cabin to sleep. We did the night safari (this is only in the buffer zone as cars are not allowed in the park between 6pm and 6am) and on the following day we did a full-day safari (highly to recommend to do the full day)! Maliths driver are absolutely top guides - he spotted a leopard in the first 20min within the blink of an eye over 50m away while driving the car in the same moment. Overall we had a really good time and would totally recommend to stay here. Malith and his family are truly good hearted people and you will get a great value for your money.

Unforgettable experience away from everything - Write very rarely reviews but this time it is necessary. Our stay with Malith and his wife was exceptional. We traveled with 2 children. The youngest 2.5 years. We had the most beautiful and authentic experience in Maliths Camp. The sweetest and most hospitable people you can wish. The food was fantastic - made just for us and the best we have got in Sri Lanka. The cabins have what they should have - neither more nor less. No wifi and no luxury besides the company. Just like we'd like it. And lovely safari the next day with delicious homemade food package for the whole family and pancakes upon our return to the camp which is on the edge of the Yala park on Malith's own land. What an experience that the whole family was very grateful to have. Thank you to Malith, his wife and the rest of the theme for an unforgettable day.

Great safari - Had a great safari (September 11, 2025) with Yala Wild Safari in Yala Nationaal Park. Driver/guide Patty was on time and very good at his job. He spots animals even when they are almost invisible and knows a lot about the animals in the park, including their names. He follows his own plan and immediately takes a different route than the rest of the large crowd. He knows the right places to spot animals. We recommend this company and give it 5 stars*****.

Yala National Park Tour - Prasanna was a fantastic guide who stopped frequently to point out wildlife, allowing us to take photos and ask questions. He was very knowledgable. We would recommend this tour company, and Prasanna specifically, to anyone looking for a quality tour.

Great Day - Unforgettable Safari in Yala National Park – A True Highlight Thanks to Our Guide Pathum! We booked a full-day safari tour in Yala National Park. Lunch was absolutely delicious and more than enough – just what we needed for a long day out in the park. Pathum was dedicated and motivated. He put in a huge effort to make sure we saw all the animals we were hoping for – and we actually did! Including multiple leopard sightings! Thanks to his commitment, experience, and quick driving, we were able to spot a leopard three times – a truly unforgettable experience. He also shared lots of interesting information about the animals and patiently answered all our questions.
