The Book Round service requires the return flight number and the name of the hotel or Airbnb. Contact is made via phone or WhatsApp. The operator will meet you at airport gate 2, in front of Starbucks, holding a sign with your name and surname. Transfers typically take about one hour, depending on hotel traffic and distance. Upon check-in at your destination, the room number is sent for the recommended return pickup, scheduled 3 hours before your flight.
