The Book Round service includes the return flight number and the name of the hotel or Airbnb. The team will reach out via phone or WhatsApp. Upon arrival, they will be waiting at airport gate 2, in front of Starbucks, holding a sign with your name and surname. Transfers typically take about one hour, depending on hotel traffic and distance. Once you check in at your destination, please provide your room number for a recommended return pickup, scheduled 3 hours before your flight.
