Once you book, your reservation is automatically confirmed. Upon arrival, look for a driver holding a sign with your name and our company logo. Please contact us at the number on your ticket to let us know you’ve arrived. We monitor your flight and will wait for you, regardless of how long it takes, at no extra charge, as long as you contact us. We will wait up to 1 hour after your flight’s arrival for your call; if we don’t hear from you, it will be considered a no-show. Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering other transportation services; they may falsely claim our driver is not there or has left. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly out of the airport to meet your driver, who will be waiting at the end of the exit hall with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.

One day before your departure, call the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We will schedule your pick-up so you arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight. You will need to provide your room number to finalize the driver’s pick-up order. Our driver will be at the pick-up location 5 to 10 minutes before the confirmed time. A $10 fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.
