Your private airport transportation to your hotel is confirmed once the booking is completed. A driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name at the airport for arrivals and in the hotel’s lobby for departures. Please contact us upon your arrival to inform us, and once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave, contact us again. This will allow us to notify the driver, who will have a sign with your name and will be parked 3 minutes away. The driver will then proceed to meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport terminal. For Terminal A, the cafeteria is named “JetLag,” and for Terminal B, it is “Refugio.”

One day before your departure, please contact us to confirm the pick-up time at the hotel’s lobby and provide your room number to complete the driver’s pick-up order. Free Wi-Fi is available in most hotels, inside the airport, and in many locations in the area. Installing WhatsApp will make it much easier and free to stay in contact with our 24-hour customer service number.
