Private Sleigh Ride in Jackson

I thought the ride could have been longer considering the cost

My wife and I didn't understand why we were stopping every 4 minutes. We asked Scott our driver and he said to take in the view. The first couple of times we had to make small talk with him asking him the name of the horse, weight etc. Another time we asked about the buildings on the hill. Mostly he talked about himself being employed for 5 years, living in Lancaster and working his grandfather's farm. The overall ride was maybe 15 minutes at the most because of the stops and just sitting there on an average of 4 minutes . I thought I was getting a full half hour of riding time for $125.00. If I knew it was only a 15 minute ride I probably wouldn't have done it. The landscaping was beautiful but the 15 minute $125.00 Sleigh ride was not worth that amount. It was very disappointing to end a perfect day my wife and I were having. Thank you for reaching out.

Tracy, our sleigh driver was great, she decorated her sleigh and horse and was very accommodating. Then ice-skating was beautiful as well, yeeeha.

The sleigh ride operator was top notch as was the people That helped outside. The team inside could work on their customer service - short, unhelpful and almost felt like they didnt want anyone to be there.
