The operator’s driver will meet passengers at the designated location. For airport pickups, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall upon the flight’s landing. If the meeting point is a hotel or another venue, the driver will be at the entrance.

Once the luggage is loaded and passengers are seated, the vehicle will take them to their chosen destination city. Each vehicle offers a different luggage capacity:

• Sedan: Up to 4 passengers (2 to 3 recommended), 2 large bags, and 1 carry-on bag.
• SUV: Up to 4 passengers, 4 large bags, and 1 to 2 carry-on bags.
• Minivan: Up to 7 passengers, 8 large bags, and 2 to 3 carry-on bags.

By default, drivers make a 30-minute stop every 2 hours and 30 minutes of driving. Passengers who wish to stop more often can simply let the driver know.

The operator is committed to providing excellent service. Tolls are included in the service. All drivers speak English, and some also speak Spanish.

The rates apply only to rides to the city of Paraty. To book a return trip, passengers should make two reservations and, on the return date, inform the operator that the return service is to the city of Rio de Janeiro, so the best return time can be arranged together.
