Pickups for Your Departure
To guarantee a timely and stress-free arrival, here are our recommendations for departure day pickups:

It is advised to arrive at least 2 hours before international flights at any airport.

• For flights departing from Tulum Airport (TQO), we will arrange your pickup 3 hours before your flight’s departure time.

• For flights departing from Cancun Airport (CUN), we will arrange your pickup 4 hours before your flight’s departure time.

Additional Services
Car seats are available at no additional cost. To ensure availability, please request them in advance as they are subject to vehicle space.

We are pet-friendly. Your pets are welcome at no extra charge, but for safety reasons, they must be in a carrier or on a leash. Please be aware that failure to comply with this policy or any damage to the vehicle will incur additional charges.

Option 2: Airport - Tankah/Akumal
Area: From Dreams Tulum, through Tankah, including Soliman Bay, to Akumal.

Option 3: Airport - Playa del Carmen
Area: From Xpu Ha/Puerto Aventuras to Playa del Carmen (including Playacar).
