Easy and comfortable - We had a great easy transfer to our hotel in Khao Lak. You can certainly get away with not planning a shuttle beforehand but I was glad we had it all figured out after a long flight. The driver was very polite and kind and the van super comfortable with A/C and nice seats.

Clean, safe and refreshing - Very clean vehicle, safe driver and he offered us water to cool us down. Only 2-3 minutes waiting once taxi contact located.

The transfer from the... - The transfer from the airport to my hotel was fast but safe, even through a thunderstorm, and despite other road users.

Unreliable airport transfer that arrived 15mins late - Operator took very long to respond , then took long to confirm the booking even though I booked 2 days before and wrote several times i needed the car at 6am. Driver was then 15mins late . Very stressful and do not recommend !

Disorganised, Stressful and Disappointing, Avoid at All Costs - We travel often and usually try to support local providers, but this was easily one of the worst experiences we've had. On arrival, things started off poorly. There were no welcome refreshments, not even a bottle of water,and we spent 10 minutes wandering around trying to find our name sign, which was oddly tucked away in a corner, not displayed where you'd expect. No one approached us or made any effort to assist. We brushed it off at the time, hoping things would improve. They didn’t. The return trip was the real disaster. Our pickup was scheduled for 6:30 AM. With young kids, we made sure everything was ready on time. We got everyone up early, checked out, and waited in the hotel lobby, only to find no car waiting. I messaged the company, and they repeatedly said the car was “coming.” But it took 30 minutes before anything showed up. At that hour, every minute counts, and the stress was unnecessary and completely avoidable. We ended up rushing to the airport, worried we’d miss our flight. What made things worse was the constant back and forth asking us for booking details, details we had already shared multiple times. It felt chaotic, unprofessional, and like they were barely holding things together. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t trust this company again, especially not with airport transfers. When you're travelling with kids, reliability is everything. Sadly, this service offered none of it.
