The pickup time is confirmed in advance, taking into account the journey and the airline’s recommended airport arrival time. The driver’s direct contact details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp, or WeChat.

Meeting Your Driver

Guests should be ready with their luggage in the hotel lobby or at the agreed street-level entrance at the confirmed pickup time. The driver messages on arrival, confirms the vehicle, and assists with loading the bags.

The Drive to PDX

Travel directly to Portland International Airport in a vehicle reserved exclusively for the party, with no shared passengers or additional stops. The drive from downtown Portland typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic; approximately one hour should be allowed for the transfer service. The driver speaks English and Mandarin.
