The man who met us at the door and explained the room and let us in was very kind and helpful which put us at ease right off the bat. The room itself was intricate and VERY interesting and exciting. The puzzles were in-depth without being unsolvable, and, as a fan of the Sherlock Holmes novels and films, the room had many interesting callbacks to it's original media that made it even more interesting and fun.
