Stop looking and book with this company - Do not hesitate to book with this company. They were very professional, courteous, and accommodating. We were in town to sail out on a cruise. We booked a transfer from MSY to our hotel and from the port to MSY after the cruise. A big shout out to both of our amazing drivers, Wyatt and Stacy. They made getting in and out of town seamless! Asma was so helpful and accommodating with the multiple itinerary changes in our travel plans.

Transfers made easy. - Pick up exactly as scheduled, even with some disembarking time change from Norwegian. Very narrow area designated yo pickup, especially with 3 ships all disembarking at the same time. Very helpful with luggage and personal equipment. Excellent SUV for all of our bags.

Great pickup - Great timing and knowledgeable driver. Dropped us off at the car rental area as requested so we didn't have to take another shuttle from airport terminal.

Jazzy Limos not so "Jazzy" - The Jazzy Limousine driver was told 9:30 a.m. for pickup at the Port of New Orleans at the NCL ship dock. Although I called repeatedly, they never showed up. Dispatch said the driver was coming, then he's dropping off embarking passengers, then a train is blocking the tracks. All the while, many cars, taxis and even charter busses were freely coming by. No train in sight anywhere. It's one way traffic, and clearly, no one else was having trouble arriving to pick people up. I prepaid. I shouldn't have. I'll be contesting the charge. A free taxi drive stopped to ask us if we needed a ride, and we said we did. It was 10:10 a.m. by this point. I called the dispatch back, this time getting another dispatcher on the phone, and told them we were taking another taxi, and they needed to give us our money back. She tried to say they wouldn't. No problem, I'll contest it with American Express. Don't use this company. Yes, the Super Bowl was in town. But when our new driver took off it literally only took 10 minutes to get on the 10 freeway. Traffic was NOT an issue.

Good Luck - Initially we were to be picked up at a hotel in New Orleans and taken to to the cruise port to board a cruise ship. Our original time for pickup was 11:30. Initially Viator changed our pickup time to 3:00. They then changed it to 2:30. Our ship was scheduled to leave at 2:30. This all took place on the date of departure. We were forced to take a cab, only to find out that the transport that Viator was charging us over a $100 for was a $20 cab ride. We have several more trips planned for this year and the next. I would never use Viator again.
