Great service - Satisfied with the service. They reached out to confirm our reservation for transport ahead of time which provided peace of mind. Their staff met us with a sign immediately outside the airport and were super friendly

Sharon made us feel safe - We booked this service in Nassau as we were hesitant of traveling jsut 2 young ladies. The dispatcher, Sharon was amazing. She made sure we knew our divers name and place for transfers and even called us whne we got off the plane to make sure we were ok

Safe, clean and amazing experience - Mark was my driver both ways. He was so friendly and kind and gave us so many great tips and suggestions on what to do on our first time stay. We did everything he recommended and were so pleased. On the way back, he remembered us and asked all about our adventures.

Clean, cool and friendly! - Great airport pick up and drop off.
Went with 6 adults and 2 children. They emailed us the day before with confrontation and instructions for pick up. The driver was waiting with a sign with our name on it.
The shuttle had seat Belts for everyone, was cool with air conditioning and plenty of room for our 5 suitcases and 8 backpacks .
When we got to the hotel, a representative from the company sought us out to book our return trip. We were able to book a time of our preference.
Drive back to the airport was very friendly, driver spoke excellent English. Vehicle was clean.

Delayed Flight and Voucher Unused - Our stay at Iberostar Waves Dominicana 01/17/26 Sat - 01/24/26 Sat
Our flight numbers were AA3043 Arrival and AA2967 Departure
Our Arrival Flight was delayed 11 hours and arrived at PUJ after 11:00 PM and couldn't meet Shuttle Central Agent. We had to hire a private van to go to the hotel at $50.
WE WISH TO GET REIMBURSED THE UNUSED VOUCHER.
The shuttle for departure was excellent. The driver was courteous and helpful.

Late and unhelpful - The pick up at the airport was 45 Mins late. Then when we left the chatbot agreed to change the pick up time but never did. I had to rebook a $150 pick up trip and 5he dispatchers were of no help. Would have preferred an Uber instead of this but thie was the Only option. Never again

Long waits, disorganized, and NO-SHOW for pickup! STAY AWAY! Will ruin your trip! - 20 minute wait for prearranged transportation upon arrival in Montego Bay. AND they were a NO-SHOW and left us stranded for our departure flight home at 4:30am. I would never recommend using this transportation company again. Very unprofessional and disorganized!
