Airport Arrivals: An email confirmation will be sent to you detailing the service specifics. After clearing Customs and Immigration, proceed to the terminal exit. Your chauffeur will be waiting there with a sign displaying your name. The chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival, assistance will be provided with your luggage and for any passengers needing extra care when exiting the vehicle.

Airport Departures: An email confirmation will be sent to you detailing the service specifics. Be at your hotel’s bell desk at the scheduled pick-up time. The chauffeur will inform the hotel bellman of your name, and the bellman will notify the chauffeur once you have identified yourself. For non-hotel pick-ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or doorbell or contact you via call or text to announce their arrival. The chauffeur will load your luggage and assist any passengers requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. A scenic route will be taken to ensure a timely arrival at the airport.
