All hikers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to hiking. No hiking experience is necessary, but you must be comfortable walking on uneven ground, and you must be physically fit—those with heart, back, knee or hip issues should refrain from doing this hike. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms at the trail heads, nor on the trails. Make sure you go beforehand. Tours run rain or shine. If we determine weather is hazardous, tours may be cancelled and rescheduled.
