Jose was wonderful during... - Jose was wonderful during our excursion. He took us to different spots to see the city and recommended the perfect restaurant. He really cared about our safety in traffic. He took extra care with my Mom who walks with a walker.

The best customer service ! - Jose and his son were so enjoyable for our group of 11. They listened to us on where we want to see and also provided other options to do and see. We had the best lunch at a restaurant inside a gated community also with the beach access. The 5 hours went by pretty fast! I highly recommend their service . We would love to visit DR again. Thanks again for the great memory.

Hitting all the spots in DR - My wife and I had a great experience touring Puerto Plata with Joseph Alvarez . He showed us the beautiful country side and the city driving us to city center, umbrella street, pink street and the beaches. It is always warm so the A/C and cold water bottles was a nice added touch. I loved that it was just us and we did not need to wait for others, so we could stay as long or as little as we wanted. We even had him take us to McDonalds to try the Yucca fries and Tres Leche McFlurry 😂 (we like to try the different items offered in other countries). He made the experience personal more than a standard tour. Highly recommend this tour of its tour first time and want to be with your Day 1’s.

Perfect day with E & J - This was an amazing tour! Elian was our guide today and treated us like family. I loved that we got to see exactly what we wanted to without being rushed on to the next place. Elian took us to a local restaurant that was excellent. He also comes with you at the stops which I wasn’t expecting but it was SO nice to have him along to give history and translate, our group of 6 felt very safe and taken care of throughout the tour. The van was top notch, roomy, cool, and clean. I highly recommend this company and the tour. Thank you Elian and E&J!

A great 5 hours in Puerto Plata - My family and I booked this experience for our first port stop on a recent Caribbean cruise. The communication with the company pre experience was superb. They proactively kept in touch with us throughout the run up to our trip, suggesting ideas and the many options we had for the day, where to meet, who would be our guide etc. They were so flexible and also incredibly caring, making sure all our questions were answered before hand. On the day we received an email before we docked and also a phone call 10 minutes before the meeting time to make sure we met up easily and we didn’t waste any of our precious port time. Our guide was Elian Sosa. He was just brilliant. So polite, courteous, professional and above all funny. He asked us what sort of thing we wanted to get out of the 5 hours and then he tailored our time together making sure we got to see all the things on our list and many more that we would never have found without him. He stayed with us throughout, making sure we were safe, got to see everything, and he added in so much local knowledge and history. We never felt rushed, but got to see so much, and arrived back to the ship at exactly the time we needed to. It turns out this company is family run, and you can see that they all really care about what they do, the quality of the experience they give to their customers, and they love their country and everything about it. I would highly recommend this very flexible experience using Elian and his ‘team”. The whole experience was just fantastic, Elian is awesome, and it left us wanting to come back to the DR to do and see more.

Great Way to See More in Porta Plata !! - Best decision ever, Great Experience !! Car was clean and inviting. We got to see everything in this port. Armondo asked for our input and had suggestions for other places to see. No pressure ! Easy to locate our ride, locals were helpful and Armondo even came earlier than we had requested !!
