Stranded at Barcelona port! - No one showed up so we took a cab! Prior to that I had communicated with Viator who assured me the company would contact me. The company finally did and confirmed the pick up but did not fulfill the request. I had paid in full in advance and was provided a phone number for the car service that didn’t work. I’m not very happy about the experience. Viator said I’ll receive a refund… we will see.
