Exceptional Service, Every Time - Exceptional Service, Every Time Our flight from the UK was delayed by over three hours. I notified them—and was reassured immediately: “Not a problem, someone will be there to collect you.” We were later informed our flight to Faro was being rerouted to Lisbon, meaning a further 2.5–3 hour coach journey. I reached out again, and was simply told, “Call us once you’re on the road.” I did, keeping in touch throughout the journey. A full 7.5 hours after our original arrival time, they were there—ready and waiting. I’ve used this company for several years now and honestly can’t fault them. Reliable, responsive and genuinely committed to their service.
