TRIP TO AGRA WITH FAMILY - We had a very smooth transfer from Delhi Airport to Agra by car. The driver’s service was excellent—very polite, professional, and punctual. The car was extremely neat and clean, making the journey comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

The Ride Was Fast, Easy and Worry Free - Our 9 p.m.flight to Delhi was delayed, then delayed, then delayed again until 3 a.m.!!! We were worried it might be too late for the 3+ hour drive to Agra. The Taj Heritage staff and driver both told us not to worry. When we finally arrived in Delhi, all we had to do was let the driver know we had our bags. He quickly came to pick us up. The ride to Agra was fast and our driver stopped for refreshments and a bathroom pit stop. He even loaded our vehicle with snacks and water. He was friendly, courteous and most of all professional. Very respectful of our care and his driving was excellent! We were so pleased, we will be using Taj Heritage for our ride from Agra to Jaipur, as well as our tour of the Taj Mahal. Taj Heritage Tour made our Indian journey a delight!

Good service - Great service. They were waiting for us in the airport after arriving from Varanasi and we didn't have to wait to pick the transportation straight to our hotel in Agra.

excellent driver, nightmare communication following - I would have given this experience five stars; howe ver, I cannot do so in good faith due to the persist ent and inappropriate communication from Shahid following the tour. I received repeated messages o ay after day pressuring me to leave a review. Most concerning, Shahid recently implied that the driver' s job could be at risk if I did not submit one. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be used to coerce feedback. This is especially disapp ointing because the driver himself was outstandin g. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, s afely navigating extremely dense smog late at nigh t with near-zero visibility. His performance deserve s genuine praise. Unfortunately, Shahid also fell sh ort in his role as a coordinator. Upon our arrival at I ndira Gandhi International Airport, when I requeste d that he relay our ETA to the driver, he instructed me to communicate with the driver directly. This w as inappropriate and contrary to the concierge-sty le service that was represented. Most troubling ov erall has been the ongoing, excessive communicat ion since the tour concluded. I have no obligation to Shahid or his operation, and continued pressure for reviews is unprofessional. While it is regrettable to leave such feedback-particularly given the driver's excellent service-the conduct of the operation makes it impossible to leave a positive review.
