When making your reservation, please provide your flight and hotel information. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a travel voucher to present to the driver. It’s that simple!

Upon arriving in Cozumel, clear customs and head to the building exit. Pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi area. Exit after Margarita Ville Bar. Look for our Mexico Travel Solutions representative holding a sign. Our staff will be easily identifiable in a white shirt with a pink collar and sleeves, MTS logo on the left chest, multicolored MTS flower on the right waist, and khaki pants. They will warmly greet you and guide you to your designated private vehicle. Please be aware there may be a wait time of 20 to 30 minutes to coordinate with other passengers.

For your return transfer from the hotel to the airport, ensure you have the transportation voucher previously provided by our Mexico Travel Solutions representative. 24 hours before your departure, a representative will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery of your departure voucher. You should redeem the transportation service by taking a taxi at least 3 hours before your return from the hotel to the airport. Please keep the transportation voucher provided by our Mexico Travel Solutions representative safe. Do not scratch, fold, or damage the voucher. This voucher is valid for cash and is non-refundable. In case of loss or theft, Mexico Travel Solutions is not responsible, and the service cannot be provided without the physical voucher, nor can the voucher be handed over to the driver.
