Bad experience with price increase and no pick up or response from the company - Don’t use this travel provider. We paid $62 CAD ($44 USD) for our trip weeks in advance expecting to share the ride with other customers, had e-tickets, and had our pick up time and location confirmed with Viator a day or two prior to the trip, but the morning of our trip they informed us the price had increased, as follows, “Hello Pete, for this private transportation there is an extra fee for the private service it is 180 usd or 3000 pesos. You could deposit 50% in paypal a the rest direct to the driver.” We also received notice from viator the day of our trip that said, “ Best Tours in Mexico has notified us of a refund request, so we’ve processed a refund for CAD $62.36 to the credit card ending in ………. It should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We did not cancel our reservation or request a refund for this transportation. Instead, we were packed and heading to the hotel lobby to be picked up. In the end , we took a bus after we lost all confidence in dealing with Viator or Best Tours in Mexico.

Untrustworthy offer and behaviour - Very dubious. Local vendor texted if we want a refund but don't inform the local vendor to be driven cheaper for cash. After polite rejection, we received a refund (without official cancellation) and were not picked up.
