Airport Pickup & Drop-Off Instructions

Pickup at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL):

• Kindly provide your airline, flight number, and arrival time.
• Once you have landed, retrieve your luggage from baggage claim.
• Exit the terminal and follow the signs for Ground Transportation.
• Look for the operator at the Designated Passenger Pickup Zone (Domestic or International).
• The operator will call or text you with the specific door/zone number once you are outside.

Drop-Off to Your Hotel:

• You will be dropped off at the main entrance/lobby of your hotel.
• Assistance with luggage will be provided.
• Feel free to call or text anytime to schedule a return service back to the airport.

2. Driver Operations Checklist (For Your Use)

Before Pickup

• Confirm the customer’s airline, flight number, and arrival time.
• Monitor the flight for any delays or early arrivals.
• Arrive early and wait in the Cell Phone Lot if necessary.

At Airport

• Domestic Arrivals → Ground Transportation (North or South).
• International Arrivals → Concourse F, International Terminal pickup.
• Text or call the customer with the exact pickup zone and door number.
• Display a sign with the customer’s name if requested.

During Transport

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, professional, and climate-controlled.
• Offer bottled water if available.
• Use the best route (GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic).

Hotel Drop-Off

• Confirm the hotel name and address.
• Pull up to the main entrance/valet area.
• Assist with luggage.
• Provide a business card/contact information for return booking.

• Private transportation

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
