Excellent customer service, easy to communicate with, prompt response to emails. We contacted them and booked our trip from Montego Bay to Negril. Received a call and an email reminder before our trip. The driver was waiting on time, nice clean car and very good driving experience. Also on pick up, we received email notification the day before and on the morning of our trip. Driver was there on time and the drive back was very smooth. Highly recommend for transportation needs in Jamica.

Excellent service. - From start to finish. The luxurious caribe tours was excellent. We used them as a private transfer to our resort in Jamaica. There were seven of us, including one that had mobility issues. The van was spacious and the ride was excellent. The driver was very knowledgable and answered any questions that we had. It was raining at the time we arrived and the person who met us at the airport, made sure to keep our bags under the cover, and then when the van arrived to bring us to the resort, he helped load all of our bags in there and made sure that we got into the van safely. I would definitely recommend, and we will book with them again.

Transfer to negril and back - Excellent expand service, amazing driver friendly polite and Informative, only a very small negative no complementary drink on arrival, but yes I would HIGHLY recommend.
