Once you have booked your departure transfer, you’ll be contacted to confirm your pickup location and flight number. Then, you’ll be notified of the time of your transport.

Departure transfers will be arranged ahead of time with you to ensure a hassle-free journey from your accommodation to the airport.
The private vehicle can hold up to 3 passengers. The luggage limit is 3 suitcases and 3 handbags per passenger and the estimated travel duration is around 60-75 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.
- Maximum of 1 suitcase and carry-on bag is allowed in the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- If your oversize or excessive luggage do not fit in the vehicle, you might need to book a second vehicle
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
