Good Transportation - The driver called me and lete know he was pulling up, and he asked where was I standing by and he would come and get me. He was very friendly and polite. Me & family came we flew in on different airlines, we didn't know that the airport had four terminals. So he picked me up at terminal 4 and then drove 5 miles to terminal 3 to pickup my other family members. That was greatly appreciated.

Easy to find us, once you... - Easy to find us, once you got through the gaggle of chauffeur and other tourists. Car was air-conditioned. For $75, a bottle of water would have been nice. He spoke English and drove very well. That's what really counts.

Beto Go - Professional, Friendly, my go-to transfer in Mexico - I had issues with a pre-booked transfer supplier on my recent trip to Mexico. I found Beto Go Travel who I was able to book last minute. The service was professional and friendly, and the prices were fair. Because we enjoyed the experience so much, my cousin and I cancelled our Uber trip in favor of rebooking the private transfer once more with Beto Go. We communicated via WhatpsApp and made out payment online. We got a great price for our transfer from Costa Mujeres to Playa Del Carmen. This has become my go-to transport company in Mexico.

Average service with difficult pick up communication - Armando, the driver, was nice enough, but communication was a nightmare. We were told to wait at the Welcome Bar which is in a different area of Arrivals. The driver was actually waiting at a different bar - the one where the taxi drivers are. Making matters worse, my cell phone was having issues accessing WiFi. If you book with this company, get their what’s app and figure out a pick up spot ahead of arrival. It took us one hour to find our driver and ate into our vacation time.
