Services in San Salvador must improve - I asked for the service to be picked at arrival. They got my flight and arrival time information, but nobody was there waiting for me. I walked around to find someone with a sign with my name, there was none. The only way I could communicate with the provider was email, so I sent a complaint by email. They assured that the person was there, but it was not true. I had to insist; finally, after 2-3 emails, I sen't them my mobile phone number and asked them to give it to the driver. Instead, the person in charge called me and told me where to go to find the driver. I went there: no driver. I must say my arrival was during night, in an unknown city... not happy at all. After almost 30 min later the driver popped up. They said they would refund me for the bad experience and asked me to excuse them for the problem. Finally I was driven to the hotel, but went through exactly the situation I was trying to avoid when I booked the service. That was far from what I would call a good service. Today I could see that I got a refund, but what I wanted was a good service and not to feel I the way I did.
