Once the driver and passengers have identified each other, the travel voucher should be presented to the driver. The driver will then escort passengers to the vehicle, or if it’s raining, will drive up to the terminal door for pickup. The driver will then transport passengers to their destination.

Transfer prices are determined by zones, and service is provided only to the hotel or location within the selected and paid-for zone.
• If the destination is outside the purchased zone, a fare difference or rebooking may be necessary.
