Upon booking, the operator will monitor your arrival and departure times to ensure timely service. Please note that airlines do not inform the operator of any last-minute changes, so it is your responsibility to communicate any such changes.

Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport, the operator will be waiting just beyond the exit doors. Many customers experience confusion upon arrival due to being approached by other transportation companies. Please continue walking until you pass through the terminal’s exit doors. The operator will have your name displayed on a whiteboard.

When dropping you off at the hotel, the operator will coordinate the pickup time for your departure. Typically, the operator will arrive 3 hours before your flight’s departure. Remember to inform the operator of any last-minute changes.

For your departure, the operator will be waiting outside the check-out lobby.
