Best Choice for Transfer - We have travelled to Mexico and hired other companies in the past. This was by far our best experience. Company communicated with us regularly and kept us informed. Pickup was seamless. They were on time, friendly and van was very clean. We hired them to take us to the airport a few days later. We will definitely book them when we return.

Thankful I booked with them - I'm so thankful I booked with them. Our flight was delayed and customs took much longer than expected. We exceeded the wait time but they continued to wait. Next time I'll ask for a later pick up. Driver was safe and friendly and even told us about some key places along the way. Great ride. Tip: when you arrive, turn on your wifi to connect with the free CDMX so you can instantly communicate if needed.

Pedro is a good driver.... - Pedro is a good driver. He was 10 minutes late, which normally would be fine, but when you have an early-morning flight to get to, it's a tad anxiety-inducing. Otherwise, all was good.

I missed my transport,... - I missed my transport, that was totally my fault, but I desperately tried to reach them and did not have success. Ended up getting a taxi at twice the price and lost my fee with them

Took my money and ran! - My flight was due to arrive in Mexico City International Airport at 5:30 AM however at 4:30 AM we were informed that the plane was unable to land due to heavy fog. I immediately called the company and I text the driver requesting that he pick me up at a later time when the plane was able to land. The female attended told me they could not accommodate me and I would not get a refund. The driver responded stating he would put me as a “No Show” and they kept my money and did not offer me credit for future service.

Disgrace - Absolute waste of time and energy - didn’t even bother to turn up and phone switched off! Viator 24 hour help line just said oh dear never mind get a taxi! Appalling service and to date no refund! I will NEVER use this company again
