Unforgettable - Punctuality and friendliness of the operator, I arrived at the scheduled time from the reception at Santos Dumont to the service of the driver Gilberto.

No pre-trip customer service at all (Zero email responses) - I prepurchased Executive GIG Rio Galeao airport private transfer up to 4 pax to South Zone. I am NOT familiar with Rio and couldn't understand what South Zone meant. My husband and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Rio de Janiero. I emailed TripAdvisor and World Tour Travel (WTT) directly multiple times pre-trip to verify that we would be picked up at GIG and taken to Grand Hyatt Rio de Janiero. TripAdvisor must have never received a response back, either, since other than the "We reached out to World Tour Travel and will get back with their response" email, I never heard back from TripAdvisor. World Tour Travel has three email addresses on its website and I tried all three but heard nothing back. When we landed at GIG we found a young man representing WTT but our information was nowhere to be found on his documentation anywhere. He called/texted the company and informed us we signed up for the wrong transfer service since Grand Hyatt Rio de Janiero isn't in the South Zone. OK, but how much to get us to where we need to be???? After watching him off and on for about 35 minutes communicating with someone via the phone, I told him "Forget it" and we took a taxi. By the way, I booked this more than one month prior to our flight landing date so getting us assigned to the right transfer shouldn't have been hard since I knew our transfer destination hotel (Grand Hyatt Rio de Janiero) was also booked and wasn't changing. Do NOT sign up with this company unless you are certain you are selecting the correct location since they will NOT get back to you pre-trip. TripAdvisor refused to refund our money, too, so not only did we not get transferred and had to waste more than 35 minutes trying to get a simple price quote, we lost our $4.98. Stay away from this company!!! Take Uber or a cab. You'll be fine.
