The Best Nexus Agent in Guanacosta - When our group of friends and ourselves (3 couples celebrating milestone wedding anniversaries ) arrived in Liberia we were welcomed by a very exuberant host from Nexus tours named Eduardo. He got us and our luggage onto the bus for the trip to the resort at RIU Guanacosta. Along the way to the resort he explained a lot of important info about our week. We met with him the next day for suggestions about excursions we could take. We chose the Sunset Ocean Cruise on a Trimaran for the next afternoon and the Riverboat Nature cruise for the following day. The staff on both excursions were exceptional and it made for two wonderful days. I made a point of visiting Eduardo the next day to thank him for the suggestions. So hopefully if you do one of the Sunwing vacations and have Nexus staff welcoming you to Costa Rica you will be lucky enough to have Eduardo as you Nexus agent.

Two-way airport transfers - Our two-way airport transfers were fast and efficient. The Nexus staff was waiting for us right outside the airport, and our car was called up and we were picked up within minutes. Our pickup from the hotel back to the airport also went smoothly. Both of our drivers were very nice and professional. Nexus staff were in constant communication with us before arrival, during our stay and when leaving. They were also very professional.

Great Way to Start Our Honeymoon - Very comfortable transportation and the van was SPOTLESS. Our driver was very friendly, and funny. He even stopped a few times to show us various animals and trees that are native to the area and allowed us to take pictures. We would recommend this service to anyone!

Nexus Tours is the BEST! - Chris with Nexus tour was the absolute BEST! He made sure both of my travel groups transportation was flawless. He made booking and communication very easy as well. Our drivers were safe drivers and we would ABSOLUTELY book again!!!

Jeremy and Yerilin saved our trip!!!! - Airport transfer - I can not thank Jeremy and Yerilin enough! Jeremy worked with our group and was amazing with all our chaos of getting 20+ people to and from the airport at all hours of the day. But the biggest reason I will only use this company in the future is my husbands wallet was left at the hotel and he realized it after we passed security and he went to pay for snackies. But because we already went passed security they could not let him leave and return. I called Jeremy and the hotel, they found it, got it to Yerilin who drove it to us at the airport, who met with Jeremy and found us at security to hand off the wallet....all before our flight took off! They truly saved us!!!

Ronnie and Sharley - Ronnie and Sharley wen above and beyond to go into the local town and get us a necessity we ran out of while delayed by sunwing. They were so helpful and so patient with us.

DO NOT USE 4 Transportation - Do not use them for transportation. I had a reservation for airport pickup and drop off. When it was time to go back to the airport they would not take my husband and I as they didn’t have my name on their list even though I had confirmation of pickup. They said take a taxi at 6am in the morning when everything is either scheduled or closed. Really disappointed. Would not book again. I was so disappointed. Thank god we met someone on the trip who driver was nice enough to let us ride to the airport with them.

HORRIBLE!!!! - HORRIBLE!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Horrible customer service from the company. We paid $258 for a shuttle to and from the airport, however, during our flight we were informed that the airport we were supposed to land at closed due to damage on the runway. So we were re-routed and then sent back home and our entire trip was cancelled. This company refused to give me my refund stating that we were marked as a "No show", which I'm not sure how they can say we were a "no show" since they couldn't even get into the airport to pick us up because they were CLOSED!! I am so angry with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I plan to make sure I tell everyone I know to NEVER use this company!! They have lost a customer here and I'm hoping all of the reviews I will be making about them will make them lose a lot more business!! Absolutely HORRIBLE

Terrible airport transportation - We enjoyed our tours with Nexus. We did three tours including the rio Celeste sloth tour, Diamante and a sunset sailboat snorkel tour. While our tours were enjoyable, our transportation to the airport was terrible. We had to leave at 5:45 am, before any food was available in our hotel. I had assumed the early departure was because we would have to pick up additional passengers. NOPE! We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our flight and had to wait hours before anyone even arrived at the check in counter. I highly recommend finding an alternative company for airport transportation.
