If the recommended passenger and luggage capacities are exceeded, additional charges will apply, which are the responsibility of the passenger.

Service Time and Scope:

• Standard airport pick-up service is available from 6 am to 10 pm. A late-night service fee of 4,000 yen applies for pick-ups outside these hours.
• Pick-up Area: Between Kansai Airport (KIX) and Osaka City, Japan
• Car usage time cannot be altered within 48 hours before the scheduled use.
• The pick-up location can be changed for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled use. Beyond 12 hours, charges apply based on the distance between the new and old addresses at a rate of 500 yen per kilometer.

Pick-up Time Details:

• Airport Pick-up Service: The pick-up time is aligned with the flight landing time. A 90-minute free waiting period is provided from the flight landing time. For additional waiting time, contact the driver and pay an overtime fee of 3,000 yen for every 30 minutes. If contact cannot be made after 90 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.
• Airport Drop-off Service: Guests can set their pick-up time, with a recommendation to leave 4 hours in advance. If the driver’s schedule allows, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen for every 30 minutes can be paid. If contact cannot be made after 30 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.

Additional Fees:

• Child Seat (for children over two years old): 2,000 yen each, order directly on the platform. If ordered separately, include the pick-up service order number.
• Sign Service: 2,000 yen each, order directly on the platform. If ordered separately, include the pick-up service order number.
• Late-night Service Fee: A 4,000 yen fee applies for pick-ups outside the standard service hours of 6 am to 10 pm.
• Overtime Waiting Fee: A 3,000 yen fee for every additional 30 minutes of waiting, provided the driver’s schedule is not affected. If contact cannot be made after 30 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.
• Additional Pick-up and Drop-off Location Fees: Charges apply from the second address, based on the distance from the first address at a rate of 500 yen per kilometer.

Notes:

• Please provide your LINE ID or WeChat number when ordering. Ensure the new friend setting is enabled for timely contact by customer service.
• Customer service is available from 8 am to 11 pm Japan time. For any issues, contact customer service promptly.
• Eating or drinking in the car is prohibited. Cleaning fees apply if the car is soiled.
• If the pick-up flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and a replacement vehicle is unavailable, the order can be canceled free of charge. Orders can also be canceled free of charge if flights are canceled due to weather.
• Notify customer service of any flight delays as soon as possible, ideally before takeoff. The team will attempt to arrange a vehicle. If unavailable, the order can be canceled free of charge.
• Orders can be canceled free of charge if flights are canceled due to force majeure, such as bad weather, upon providing proof.
• This service is not pet-friendly.
• The voucher will include driver and vehicle details for the trip day. Vouchers are sent one day prior to the trip to confirm details. Thank you for your understanding.
