Service Time and Scope:

• Standard Airport Pick-up Service: Available from 6 am to 10 pm. A late-night service fee of 4,000 yen applies for pick-ups outside this timeframe.
• Pick-up Area: Between Kansai Airport (KIX) and Osaka City, Japan.
• Car Use Time: Cannot be altered within 48 hours prior to the scheduled use.
• Pick-up Location Changes: Free if made 12 hours before the scheduled use. Changes made after this period will incur a fee based on the distance between the new and old addresses, at a rate of 500 yen per kilometer.

Pick-up Time Details:

• Airport Pick-up Service: The pick-up time is aligned with the flight landing time. A 90-minute free waiting period is provided from the specified landing time. For additional waiting time, contact the driver to arrange a 30-minute extension for 3,000 yen. If contact cannot be made after 90 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.

• Airport Drop-off Service: Guests can set their pick-up time, with a recommendation to allow 4 hours in advance. If the driver’s subsequent schedule is unaffected, a 30-minute extension can be arranged for 3,000 yen. If contact cannot be made after 30 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.

Additional Fees:

• Child Seat (for children over two years old): 2,000 yen each. Please order directly on the platform and include the pick-up service order number if placing a separate order.
• Sign Service: 2,000 yen each. Please order directly on the platform and include the pick-up service order number if placing a separate order.
• Late-night Service Fee: 4,000 yen for pick-ups outside the standard service hours of 6 am to 10 pm.
• Overtime Waiting Fee: 3,000 yen for an additional 30 minutes, applicable if the driver’s schedule is not impacted. If contact cannot be made after 30 minutes, the driver may leave without a refund.
• Additional Pick-up and Drop-off Location Fees: Charges apply from the second address, based on the distance from the first address at 500 yen per kilometer.

Notes:

• Please provide your LINE ID or WeChat number when ordering. Ensure the new friend setting is enabled for timely communication with customer service.
• Customer service is available from 8 am to 11 pm Japan time. For any issues, contact customer service promptly.
• Eating or drinking in the car is prohibited. Cleaning fees may apply if the car is soiled.
• If the pick-up flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and a replacement vehicle is unavailable, the order can be canceled free of charge. Orders can also be canceled free of charge if flights are canceled due to weather.
• Notify customer service promptly if the pick-up flight is delayed (before take-off). The team will attempt to arrange a replacement vehicle. If unavailable, the order can be canceled free of charge.
• Orders can be canceled free of charge if flights are canceled due to force majeure, such as bad weather, upon providing proof.
• This service is not pet-friendly.
• The voucher will include driver and vehicle details for the trip day. Vouchers are sent one day prior to the trip to confirm these details. Thank you for your understanding.
