The day before your service, you will receive the driver’s information via email. Additionally, our contact details will be provided for any extra or urgent requests.

Our driver will greet you outside the main exit door of San Jose airport, holding a sign with your name. A van switch will occur at the ferry in Puntarenas, where another driver will meet you at the ferry dock in Paquera, also holding a sign with your name.

If you are already staying at a hotel, we can pick you up there at no additional cost. Our driver will meet you in the lobby.

Stops can be made along the way as needed.
