Loved everything about it - I had a wonderful day and it was a dream come true spending time in the Amazone rainforest. Everything was organised perfectly, the pick up in the morning was on time. The guide, Miguel, and the whole team were great and knowledgeable, always making sure everyone is doing well. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to get a glimpse of the beautiful region! 10/10

Beautiful, very versatile tour - This tour was great and packed so much more into it than I was expecting! You’ll see multiple waterfalls and caves, and even go sloshing through some thigh high waters in search of more natural beauty! The indigenous lunch was delicious and, I expect, a lot more authentic than what other tours are advertising. It was a great time and the guide clearly loves wildlife, which I think is very important.

Overall it was a great... - Overall it was a great experience but the previous reviews are still true in that the tour is not catered for English speakers. Our guide did translate a good portion of the information he was providing in Portuguese to English but on the second portion of the tour when we were walking into the rainforest he did not come with us and we were instead escorted by guides that spoke no English at all. Still it was amazing to see the waterfalls and the lunch provided was great. Also be prepared for a long amount of driving. Of the 10 hours the tour takes, around half are spend in the van. It was still worth the experience for sure.

Well, I was really looking forward to this trip on my last day in Brazil. - I checked out early from my hotel to go on this trip which was supposed to start at 8:00 am. No one came to collect me and I gave up messaging them at 10:00 am. Their office does not open till 9 am. At 1 pm, I get a response to my messages. They inquired how I liked the trip. I informed them they did not collect me. The manager insisted that everyone was collected. I asked him to take a picture of everyone in the van as proof. The manager then said that he had me down for the same trip, but on the next day. I told him I would be in Texas the next day. Then I was asked for details on how I paid for the trip so that I could get a refund. I told them I could not give my credit card numbers again as they had them already. I think that I was not picked up because I was offered a big discount for this trip. I would normally have just avoided offers from this company in the future - because of the inconvenience caused. The only reason I am writing this is because I now got a request to review the trip. The company must know somewhere that it screwed up. It either does not know or does not care. I don’t know if my refund will be processed.

A tour that viator should discontinue - Poor communication. Really crowded and run down small van packed with 12 people. Not comfortable for such a long ride. Smells bad inside and not a pleasant experience. For the price I have done much better tours with Viator. Disappointed and wish we had not come.

TERRIBLE. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND 1. The driver constantly spit through the window, driving aggressively, without any consciousness that he carried passengers and not cattle. 2. When informed of an inconvenience, the guide showed no intention of finding a solution. 3. Various other things happened during the journey, which left us in doubt.
