Excellent transfer - We were met just outside baggage claim and taken to our vehicle. The van was clean and comfortable. Driver/Guide was very helpful.

Paraiso Huatulco Shuttle Sevices-great! - When we booked through Viator, they contacted Paraiso Huatulco to shuttle us from Huatulco Airport to our resort, where we returned our rental car. There was confusion, so Paraiso sent someone after a 30-minute wait. It is why it gets 4 stars rather than 5. However, please note that Paraiso is a 5-star caliber company. I think that the miscommunication came about because Viator needs to create a section where it not only asks for your flight number but also gives you an option to select "returning rental car". Many tourists come from the historic city of Oaxaca to Huatulco. I think this also happens in many other parts of the world. We actually got more services from Paraiso (a private boat ride to the bays). They were fantastic. Bottom line, this advice goes to Viator. I hope you can adjust your booking platform so that we can select "returning flight info" or "returning rental car".

Poor communication with set up - I booked a pickup from Huatulco airport to get transferred to the resort but entered the wrong date. There was an option to edit the booking so I changed the date and printed my new confirmation which had the correct date listed. I sent messages through Viator to the company to meme sure enduring was OK with the date change but never heard a response so I texted them through WhatsApp. They responded and I explained the situation but they still had the wrong date scheduled. I sent them a picture of my confirmation with the correct date and thought they changed it on their end. The day before I left I texted them again to make sure I would be picked up from the airport on the correct date and they called me saying they didn't have me listed to be picked up tomorrow, I was not to be picked up until next week. I again explained what happened and told get I had sent the picture confirming the date. They finally arranged for me to get picked up on the correct date. They were at the airport to pick me up and the trip to the resort went well but if I had not been consistent confirming with them I would not have been picked up. They never responded when I messaged them through Viator. Had to use WhatsApp to get an answer.

Poor Service - Specifically booked a private transfer due to requirements for infant seats. As the airline would not guarantee availability of infant seats with transfer included with our flights. Pick up at airport on arrival was good and seat included. On the day before departure I confirmed our transport and reminded we had an infant and required the seat. It was confirmed by the transport company. On our pick up they arrived without a seat. The driver stated he was not told to bring one. I reached out to the company who stated we have none available. So why did I pay extra for a private transfer with an infant seat if they could not provide it? Poor customer service and follow up from transport provider and Viator
