Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your arrival for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and our combined experiences in the restaurant industry have brought our project to life: blending culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering you hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Authentic Italian Meal - Our host referred us to this cooking experience, and we are so thankful for it! Rocco and Carla are a lovely couple who truly make the experience welcoming and delicious. We had our two girls, ages 8 and 11, who were enthralled with the pasta making process. After the cooking was finished, our family enjoyed a lovely dinner with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade wine (red and white). We loved the authenticity of the environment and conversations had as our girls just ran around the outdoor space. We would highly recommend this experience to others, and wish Rocco and Carla a lovely remainder of the summer!

An all around wonderful exoerience! - Our family of 5 had such a wonderful experience through and through with Rocco and Carla. They were so inviting into their outdoor kitchen space. We learned so much, had/made delicious food, shared lots of laughs, and made unforgettable memories! A "must-do," in beautiful Praiano! Thank you so much, Rocco and Carla!

A cultural cooking class like none other! - A genuine family cultural cooking experience that’s hard to find these days. We joined a small group in a traditional Italian home and immediately felt welcome. The family was warm, patient, and passionate about sharing their recipes and stories, making it feel like you were cooking with old friends rather than in a class. We learned how to prepare simple but delicious dishes using local ingredients and enjoyed everything together around the family table with good conversation and laughter. If you’re after a fancy restaurant cooking class, this isn’t for you—but if you want an authentic way to connect with Italian culture and people, this is well worth your time.

Authentic Excellent Pasta Making Class - Wonderful experience with Rocco & Carla! Highly recommend! We were invited into their backyard to learn pasta making & tiramisu! Carla taught us how to make differs types of pasta which was so fun & we will take this home! Plenty of wine, laughs & we had a great time learning about real life living in Praiano! If you are looking for true authentic pasta making, this is the one for you!!

Unforgettable - Rocco and Carla were warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating stories that made the experience truly memorable. The small group setting created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with beautiful weather and a stunning environment. We enjoyed absolutely delicious homemade meals, paired with local wine and fresh herbs straight from their garden. Their pasta-making workshop was hands-on, fun, and packed with useful tips — from crafting the perfect dough to preparing rich, authentic sauces. A truly unforgettable Italian experience I’d highly recommend!

Great time and Delicious food! - Rocco and Carla were great hosts. We had an amazing experience and delicious food. The food was straight from their garden. A real farm to table experience. My husband who doesn’t cook (he grills) thought it was one of the best things we did while in Positano and my teen who is a real foodie loved it.

Delicious & Authentic Cooking Class - This cooking class was an absolute treat! Rocco and Carla were so warm and welcoming! We made homemade pasta and the best tiramisu I have ever had! Their homemade wine was to die for and we had the best time enjoying the food and their family! I would highly recommend!

Without a doubt worth it - Incredible experience. Rocco and Carla were both very informative and hilarious. Was really cool to be able to learn and cook in their garden, which gave a real local feel and they helped give us trustworthy suggestions for where to go on the rest of our trip. The food was great and really fun to make. We also tried a lot of wine that was probably the best wine we had all trip. Highly recommend.
